Allison Kranz

Managing Attorney, Albuquerque Office

Ms. Kranz provides strategic immigration planning to address the visa, work, permanent immigration, and citizenship goals of her clients. She works with professionals, doctors, managers, executives, universities and students in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, as well as permanent resident petitions (green cards) through the filing of EB-1, EB-2 and PERM labor certifications. Ms. Kranz's global immigration practice emphasizes the representation of universities, in addition to clients in the information technology, financial, national security, business and healthcare fields. She advises companies on compliance, strategic planning, sanction issues and is a frequent lecturer before employees and managers.

Prior to becoming the Managing Attorney of Maney | Gordon | Zeller, P.A.'s Albuquerque, New Mexico office, Ms. Kranz practiced immigration law with one of the countries leading labor and employment law firms. In this role, Ms. Kranz represented fortune 500 companies in business immigration matters and acquired critical experience in H-1B visas, L visas, PERM and U.S. Department of Labor audits.

Ms. Kranz also gained extensive litigation and family based immigration experience as an Associate Attorney at Maney | Gordon | Zeller, P.A.'s Tampa, Florida office. Ms. Kranz is significantly skilled in preserving family unity through obtaining permanent resident/green cards, waivers, citizenship, fiancée visas, and visas for victims of crimes. She also represented clients in Immigration Court for removal and deportation hearings, as well as asylum matters.

Ms. Kranz earned her juris doctorate from the University of Detroit-Mercy and holds a Masters degree in Human Rights Law from St. Thomas University. She is licensed in Florida and Michigan.
